We know how important this decision is to your family, our team is there to support you through every step. Agency directors will meet with you at your home for an initial consultation. Once we have assessed your families specific needs we match you with qualified candidates.
When a nanny applies to our agency, there is an in depth interview process. We focus on assessing a nanny’s common sense when handling problems, and integrity. The entire character of the nanny is assessed to make sure he or she is suitable to work with our families. This includes a series of skills testing questions, in-depth and detailed interview employing rigorous testing and ensuring the right candidates will be matched with our families every time.
Once the nanny has been placed our involvement does not end there. We are available to answer any questions or address concerns that may come up.

Our Nannies must have the following:
Three years experience working as a nanny
CPR/First Aid certification
Negative TB Test verification and up to date vaccinations
Flu and DTaP.
7 year criminal history check
National and local criminal check
National sex offenders registry
Social Security verification
Education verification (upon request)
Credit report (upon request)
